I've backed up an existing 4s to the iCloud, now I'm trying to transfer data and settings to new 6s. What data and settings won't come over on the restoration?

Welcome to iMore! Everything should come over aside from any settings for features included in the 6s that weren't in the 4s, like TouchID, 3D Touch, Live Photos, "Hey Siri", etc.
