How do you modify an incorrect password stored in keychain?

Sometimes keychain will load the wrong password on autofill and cause me to error out. Doesn't help when you can't remember your password at a crucial time. Can you modify the password stored in keychain?

On iOS: Settings -> Safari -> Passwords & Autofill -> Saved Passwords

On OSX: While in safari, click the Main Menu -> Preferences Tab -> Autofill

Settings>> Safari>> Passwords & AutoFill>> Saved Passwords>> enter pin code/password - select site in question and view what's stored... edit/delete as desired.
