i could label my photos in i photo but how do you do it in photos in IOS8

There are many available apps that can do that. I found an example of one via a quick search of the App Store.

I have been using Phonto for all my photo labels, text on photos and adding copyright to photos. I think it's the best.

Is it possible to label photos right in Photos on iOS8 or can it only be done with another app?
