How do you edit the date/time a photo was taken as well as view its filename?

Looking to do a couple of pretty simple things but for some reason I can't figure out how to do either.

1. How do you edit the date/time a photo was taken?
2. How do you view the file names of photos, ex. Image_673?

See told you there were easy.

I’m not sure that can be done from the iPhone natively. Hopefully someone with more experience about this will chime in soon.

You can view the file name and other exif info with the app EXIF Viewer.
You can change the time and date in Pixelgarde. It should stick. But you can't change the file name. You can change the file name and it shows in the App it was changed in, but if it's shared or saved to the camera roll, it reverts to the original name or something different.
