How do we activate something to capture inside of the Mohave window?

iMore Question

I've had some issues during the beta that a screen capture could better explain to Apple. The Notifications Window, for instance. If you hover your mouse near the top right of the screen, this window will slide out. How would I activate that mouse click capability once I've selected that part of the screen for a screen capture? How would I select something on that window to record?

Thanks!

I'm running the latest Dev beta of Mojave on my 2017 MacBook Pro and when I hover the cursor in the upper right corner of the screen, nothing happens. If I tap on the 3 lines in the upper right corner, the notification window will appear and stay put until I tap elsewhere on the screen. If I've misunderstood your question, please join the iMore Forums and reply in this particular thread. Thanks.
