How do II dispute a fraudulent charge made on my debit card made to AppleOnline?

Today I was contacted by fraud services, and someone made a charge on my debit card. How do I go about resolving this fraudulent charge?
I need to contact someone, I prefer a human being.

Usually whomever it was that called can help. Hopefully you didn't give personal info over the phone, as it could have been phishing.
