How do I use Apple TV with a cable service when they both require HDMI PORT ON tv?

My tv has one HDMI port.

When you want to watch cable TV, connect it to your TV's HDMI port. When you want to stream shows via your TV, disconnect the HDMI cable from the cable box and then connect it to your TV.
