From an iPhone, you can select Settings - iTunes & App Store, then tap on your Apple ID. After that, select "View Apple ID" and then enter your passcode. Now select "Payment Information" and then make the necessary changes.

Welcome to iMore! If you're using an iOS device open iTunes, scroll down to the bottom and tap the button labeled "Apple ID: [your email address]", tap View Apple ID, the tap on Payment Information and you can edit your info from there.
