how do I unlock my Iphone 5s????? HELP!! PLEASE!!

Hi,, My friend sold me his iphone 5s but the thing is,, he forgot everything of his accounts like his Apple ID and that stuff,,everything.. all of it.. and now I don't know how to unlock it with what?? So please help me with this problem,,

Hook it up to a laptop then restore it as a new iPhone then it should wipe it clear of everything

I guess he's really not your friend, after all. Best case, he ripped you off. More likely, he stole somebody's phone and sold it to you. I guess there really is no "best case".

Okay? I'm not "spreading misinformation" I left an answer that I thought would solve his problem. If it was wrong then fine. It's really not that serious
