How do I transfer videos from my iPhone to my Mac desktop? I have iPhoto and iMovie.

I have an Iphone4s and I want to transfer images and video to the mac.

Do any of the following:

1. Enable Photostream on both devices.
2. Upload the photos & videos to a cloud service like Dropbox and then download them onto your Mac
3. Email yourself the photos & videos
4. Connect your iPhone to your Mac, initiate the Mac's iTunes app, and then sync the photos & videos .
