How do i totally disable the camera in my iPad Pro? I just got the 9.7 inch one

I don't want the camera to be accessible unless i deliberately take action to use it as a video or photo device. How can I disable device so NO APPS can utilize it?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and make sure all toggles are disabled for the listed apps in that overview.

You can go into settings and for each 3rd party app that uses the camera, toggle off the camera setting. I don't know of any other way to do this.
