i accidently touched the favorite symbol and now cant remove it cant call or listen to my voicemail

I'm sorry, but you're going to have to explain yourself better than that, so please join the iMore Forums to reply in this thread. Start with what type of "phone" you have. How does selecting the "favorite symbol" prevent you from listening to your voicemail?
