how do i stop my iphone 4s from crashing itunes everytime i launch it

whenever i connect my phone to my laptop and launch itunes it always crashes my phone is updated and so is my itunes i need help pls

Which OS 10.10.3 or XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 preview?

Try completely uninstalling iTunes, restart computer, redownload, reinstall.
