How do I stop, block or report insults received via Game Center?

I recently played and defeated one noxuout on Real Boxing and since then he has been swearing and insulting with notifications. How do I report,stop or block this. It pisses me really and I don't want to be drawn into insults in a game!

Can you not unfriend the person by swiping left on the person's name within the Game Center app? You can also tap on the person's name, then tap on the three dots to select 'report a problem'.
