How do I start over with Keychain?

I was wondering how do I start over with keychain and icloud keychain? I think it's a mess at the moment, I attempt to log in to some websites and the saved password is not correct/some sites have multiple passwords saved etc.
I would like to literally start all over again as if I never used keychain/icloud keychain in the first place, so everything is new and I can create new passwords from scratch.
Is this possible?

Go to 'Keychain Access" "Preferences" "Reset my default keychian" Then restart Mac.

When resetting keychain, this keeps old one around so u can choose to delete it after, or import passwords it needed.
