how do I sort the photos in the all photos album on my iPhone 6?

I have iPhone 6 with IOS 10.
How can I sort the photos in the ALL PHOTOS album by date and also in any sub-album that I have create (automatic and not to drag)?

As far as I know you can't reorganize the All Photos album.
The Photos tab is already organized by date. And the Albums tab contains all your albums.
