How do I share an album in Photos for OS X?

Trying to simply share an album. When its shared, the person I'm sending it to gets the pop up "This album is no longer shared".

I don't know what to tell you. After reading your post, I successfully sent myself a test email containing the pics from an album that I highlighted and then emailed via the share option within the Photos app on my MacBook.
