How do I set the Apple Watch to use pds and inches instead of kg and cm?

iMore Question

I live in Canada but am an American. I'm used to pounds and inches. However I'm thinking that because I set location to Canada it is using metric measurements. Is there an easier way to change this other than changing the location? Shouldn't there be some simple toggle in preferences?
