How do I set the Apple Watch to use pds and inches instead of kg and cm?

I live in Canada but am an American. I'm used to pounds and inches. However I'm thinking that because I set location to Canada it is using metric measurements. Is there an easier way to change this other than changing the location? Shouldn't there be some simple toggle in preferences?

Have you tried the Advanced iPhone settings under Language & Region? I'm not sure if that will do the trick, but it's worth a try.
