How to send a schedule sms on iPhone??

I found some apps for this but they only work with internet, it is very useful option available in samsung smart phones

Use some or all of the apps you found. Other than that, there's no native way via the iPhone to do what you seek. Sorry.

You can have Siri remind you to send a message a a certain date and time, if that helps. If it is an invitation, you can set up your calendar app for an event and invite people from your contacts. Those invited contacts can receive a message and reminder from your event.
