How do I save to the Home Screen?

How do I go about saving to the Home Screen. There used to be an icon right on top of the page to do ti, but I don't see it any longer.

At the bottom of the screen in Safari, you'll see an arrow in the middle. Press the arrow and select Add to Home Screen.

oops...sorry I should've said that this for Chrome and trying to make it work with StartPage. Before, on Chrome, it was almost the exact same thing was visible for Home Page saves, but now it isn't there.
