How do I save photos that I moved from my 4s?

Photos missing

After moving from 4s to 5 ( wife scored the iphone6) my photos didn't transfer. Still are on the 4, but it's disabled. How do I save them?

Upload the photos to iCloud Photo Library, Dropbox or a similar service and then download them onto your iPhone 5. You can also manually manage the photos on your iPhone 4S via iTunes.
