How do I run Boot camp (Windows 10) on a USB Flash Drive?

Hey everybody!
I want to install Windows 10 on a USB Flash Drive (128 GB; 3.0) and boot it on my Mac Book Pro (15" Retina).

I already tried different ways:
by installing Microsoft AIK (CMD) tool
by creating a bootable setup USB with Windows 7 USB DV Download Tool
and by using WinToUSB to install the Windows 10 ISO on the Flash Drive

In every case I had the same problem: when I rebooted my computer and pressed ALT the USB-Drive (with Windows) wasn't shown to mee!

I also tried to use reFind but that didn't work neither. (ERROR)
