How do I revert my backup version to an older backup?

I heinously deleted all of my photos with my girlfriend because I was flustered at her random change in feeling but now we’re broken up for good, something I didn’t forsee, but I just want all of those photos and videos back because they are all I have. I realized I might be able to revert the backup version I have on my phone and might be able to slowly get all of them back.

On iOS, did you check the Recently Deleted album. Go to iCloud.com on computer and see if you have an older back up available. New back ups usually overwrite the old one.
