How do i retrieve old notes?

I had the LCD replaced on my ipad and now my notes are gone? Can they be retrieved?

If you were syncing them with iCloud or another service, they should restore automatically. You could also restore from a backup.

If you were using an email account, they may be on the email Notes folder. You would need to toggle Notes OFF in Settings for email accounts. Turn on for iCloud.
