how to restore my pictures

okay so about 9 months my ipod stopped working and i had a lot of files on it and i cant restore them to my htc phone and i honestly want all my photos that i had saved in icloud but since i dont have anny apple device i cant go to icloud settings so what can i do to get my pictures back

Do you still have an iCloud act which you could have if you maintained your Apple ID w/o having a device and if so you could get to them but from there with the HTC I would go to Android Central to see how to get them on the phone.
