How do I restore color to my screen? I am stuck in grayscale,

Some time today, my phone iPhone 5s switched to black & white or grayscale only.
I can not restore the normal colors on my display or any app.

I've tried settings, general , accessibility and grayscale toggle to no avail

Try: Settings>>General>>Accessability and turn Zoom off

Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom, then scroll down to where it says "Zoom Filter" if it says "Grayscale" change it to "None"

This is only for a iPhone. Go to Settings-General-Accessibility-Display accommodation. Then turn off Color filters and Invert Colors. Then don't ever push any unknown buttons again!!!!
