How to reset without homebutton/Passcode

So I bought an old iPhone 4 off a friend and they can't remember the Passcode plus the homebutton has broken and they haven't installed the replacement app either. Is there a way to do a reset with these conditions ? Please and thank you

Nope. Not unless iTunes will skip over asking for the passcode.
