How do I remove update 8.0.01 that caused so much havac lat week?

Face opens and returns back to home screen typing is delayed and phone freezes up . Other apps won't open and even trying to submit this question was shut down. iCloud and face book under settings are "grayed " or ghostlike. HELP
I downloaded 8.0.02. I still cannot open facebook

Connect your iDevice to your computer, initiate the iTunes app, select to either Upgrade or Restore after iTunes detects your device. Either option will cause iTunes to install or reinstall iOS 8.0.2. As for Facebook, it may need an update to work properly with iOS 8. I don't use Facebook so I really don't know.
