How do I remove app from the cloud
Welcome to iMore! What do you mean by "remove an app from the cloud"? If you want it off of your purchased apps list you'll have to do that through iTunes on a Mac or PC. If you just want to reinstall an app to try to get it to run correctly you can delete it from your local device and reinstall through App Store. In iOS, press and hold the app shortcut until it starts to wiggle, then tap the little X that appears next to it to delete the app.
If the app is taking up space in your iCloud account and you don't want it anymore you can go to Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage, then select the app, tap Edit, and then tap Delete All.
