How do I reload itunes music onto old phone now being used in place of lost phone?

My daughter ?A? lost her iphone 5s which had lots of iTunes music on it. She is now using my other daughter?s ?B? old 4s which still has iTunes music on it. Sister "B"now has a 6s onto which she transferred her iTunes music. Is there a way to reload daughter ?A's: music onto old 4s so that both daughters have their "original" songs on these two phones? Each daughter has an individual apple id and iTunes account.
