How do I receive Amazon Prime on my Apple TV?

I can't find an app store on my Apple TV. If I could, according to the Amazon tech support, I would be able to add Amazon Prime to my long list of apps. OBTW is there any way to delete apps?

You can't use Prime video directly on the Apple TV. It doesn't have an app store. You need to download the Prime app to your iPhone or iPad and use Airplay to stream it to the Apple TV. It works quite well, and this is the only solution Amazon offers at this time.

You can't delete apps (from my knowledge) but you can hide them in restrictions.

I agree. Amazon Prime Videos work well using Apple Air Play.
