how do i reboot my iphone 7

i need to reboot my iphone 7 after upgrading from the iphone 6plus. some of my information and calls re now appearing on the old phone that i have given to my girlfriend. please assist on how to stop this.

Log out of iCloud on your girlfriend's iPhone. And if she doesn't have an iCloud account of her own, create one.
This should stop your information from appearing on her iPhone.
