How do I permantely deleted messages on iPhone 7

I was working with messages that I deleted and found out they were still saved ! This is an invasion of privacy and it seems there is a reason APPLE IS BEING EVASIVE
I WANT ALL PREVIOUS DELETED MESSAGES REMOVED

Please be more specific. What type of messages? Text messages? Email messages? Other types of message?

As mentioned above your Question is confusing you state you was "working" with deleted messages?

Let's say that you're referring to email messages. Because so many people delete stuff and then complain about it because they deleted them by mistake, Apple and numerous email providers tires to alleviate that problem by first sending deleted messages to a "deleted" messages folder. This give users the opportunity to retrieve messages they deleted by mistake. To permanently delete messages, delete them from the deleted messages folder.
