How do I open/launch an app I downloaded from the itunes store on my macbook?

i keep on downloading apps from the itunes store, but i can never seem to find/launch/open them anywhere!...please help!

You should have an icon somewhere on one of your phone pages for the app(s) that you have downloaded. Just tap on the icon.
