how to open control centre while recieving a call

trying to switch on bluetooth while in car and only while recieving a phone call (rather than keep my blue tooth on all the time)

I don't think you can do that while the phone is receiving a call. You can leave bluetooth on all the time though, it's low power and should have very little effect on battery. Alternatively, why not just turn bluetooth on when you get in the car and off again when you get out? Seems like it might be a good compromise?
