How do I only restrict my child from changing her iclould/itunes password?

I don't want to restrict anything on my daughter's iphone, I just want to make it so she can't change her passwords (so I can't find her phone when she's out). I was going to just change her icloud/itunes passwords but she says she's asked that when she's accessing music etc. on her phone. I'm ok with that, just don't want her to be able to block me from finding her.

On her iPhone, go to Settings→ General→ Restrictions (set a restrictions passcode that she doesn't know or enter the one you've already set) → Location Services, and then select "Don't Allow Changes".
