how do i move notes from my iPhone to the iCloud?

All my notes are in "ON MY IPHONE". How do i move them to my iCloud account?

Welcome to iMore! I may be wrong, but I think you will have to copy and paste each one from "on my iPhone" to iCloud Notes. First enable iCloud Notes. Go to Settings > iCloud > Toggle on Notes.
Then go to a note and tap the share arrow at the top right corner. Then tap copy. Then go to iCloud Notes and paste it there.
