How do I make a phone call with the iPhone 6S Plus?

I just purchased the IPhone 6splus and don't even know how to use the phone to make a call
What am I doing wrong??:concern:

To make a call, tap the phone app. Then tap keypad at the bottom. Tap the number, then the green dot to call. You can set up contacts in the contacts app or in the phone app.

There are lots of tutorials on the net, you can find them on Google whenever you have problems
