How do I jailbreak a brand new iPhone 6?

I need to jailbreak a brand new iphone 6.

After doing this I have to RESTORE all my contact, addressbook, photo etc from a previous BACKUP by iTunes.

Some people say that the restore action cracks the jailbreak. Some other people say that it is save. I need to know exactly what is going to happen.

Typically the act of restoring a back-up and resyncing to iTunes does not break a jailbreak...
