How do I isolate and store all text messages from one contact?

What I am trying to do here is to isolate all the written text messages, pictures, thumbnail videos, etc... from one contact from today all the way back to the beginning of our texts. This is exceedingly difficult because it involves literally hours of scrolling, multiple interferences, and then thousands of screen shots. There MUST be a better way! Please help me. This is a time sensitive project and I need to get it done ASAP. Thank you!!

Install an app such as iMazing that allows you to see messages on a pc, then you can get them from there.
