How do i install an APP to my iphone that has a .pxl extension?

I downloaded a game called Loo-0.20.pxl, and i have no clue how to install it does anyone have any idea?

Where did you download the App from? App Store applications have a ".ipa" file extension, where as I found this about ".pxl" file extensions:
