How do I initiate the contact app?

First time apple user. I am not in facebook etc. It pulled my info from an email from.

I know how to get to my info. How do you delete it? It's the only contact

Can you not initiate the Contact app, locate your "only contact", select "Edit" in the upper right corner and then select "Delete Contact" at the bottom of the screen?

If you mean Facebook added a contact in your contacts, go to Settings >Facebook>toggle off contacts
