How do I go from being an iOS 9.x Beta Tester to get regular updates?

I upgrade from iOS 8.x to iOS 9 Public Beta and continued to the 9.1 PB 2 release. How do I go back to just getting general releases? And what if I don't have a backup from iOS 8.x?
