How do i get WinterBoard?

I just jailbroke my Iphone 5, its the first time I've ever done this. My phone runs IOS 7.1.2 and i used Pangu to get Cydia. I tried to download a theme but then realised i need WinterBoard. I tried to install it but after i rebooted the app has not appeared. What have i done wrong? What should i do?
