How do I get songs that weren't purchased via iTunes to sync from my iPhone to my new computer?

I have music on my iphone that I didn't buy from the iTunes Store but had them on my previous computer that is no longer operational how do I get the songs to transfer I sycend and transferred purchase but still can't get those songs PLEASE HELP

Try doing a manual sync via iTunes.

Windows: iTunes 11 for Windows: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad
