How do I get my outlook calendar to show up in icloud?

I downloaded Icloud for windows on my desktop computer. I had created an apple account and used Icloud to transfer all my data from my old Iphone to my new Iphone 6s. So now I am trying to sync my desktop to the cloud and it is not working.

I don't think you can, however, you may be able to export the calendar and then import it to iCloud.
