Jailbroken iPhone 4 Looping Boot-Up

So, I went to Cydia and it says 15 new upgrades are available. I upgraded them all but then before the "Restart SpringBoard" button became visible it says an error "12: Cannot allocate memory" and I thought maybe I shouldnt restart the springboard. But there was no other choice. No cancel button. So I restarted the springboard and it booted up using a themed Apple logo (comes with my winterboard theme) and then it returns to the normal apple logo (thats normal) and then scrolling wheel (it will freeze, but thats normal too) but then it goes to a black screen for like 3 minutes and returns to my custom apple logo for 10 minutes and goes to black screen again. This process keeps looping!! I tried holding down the home button and power button at the same time until it reboots (or for 10 seconds) but it doesnt reboot and keeps looping. What should I do? If I have to restore from iTunes, how?

To restore via iTunes, put the device in DFU mode and hook to iTunes.
