My IPhone 6 has been updating ICloud for several hours. How do I get it to stop ? I did get a call but then it went back to screen.

What exactly is your phone updating to iCloud? Backup? Photos? If it's a backup, particularly the first one, it's going to take a while. Other than that, it's hard to say. You could alwasy go to your iCloud settings and disable whatever it is that seems to be stuck, and then re-enable it later if you would like. You can find iCloud under the Settings icon on your phone.
