How do I get my iPhone out of blind mode?

my iphone is stuck in blind mode.how to get out of it

Hi and welcome to iMore.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and turn off the Voiceover option.

You can also connect the phone to iTunes and go to the 'Configure Accessibility' option at the very bottom of the Summary screen and turn it off in there too I believe.
