How do I get my iPhone 6s to light up when I get a notification

When I get a notification I would like my phone to light up, how can I make this happen? I have an iPhone 6s.

Turn on "Hearing Impaired" in settings

Go into settings, accessibility, go down to hearing, and toggle on LED Flash for Alerts.
